We deliver customer satisfaction. Our reputation is now well established in the industry for strong customer service. We welcome any comments or suggestions which may improve our service, please email mail@airguns-online.co.uk.
Coverage
We supply to the UK only. Only BB guns can be supplied to Northern Ireland. Orders placed by mistake will be refunded by cheque less a £15 fee.
Delivery
There is a one off charge of
£4.50 as standard for UK orders with a normal delivery time of two to three
working days but mostly next day.
We can arrange a special next day delivery for £11.50
We may charge additional postage for Highlands and some offshore Islands.
We make every effort to deliver on time and within these timescales but have to rely on other parties but delays are rare.
Payment
Please make Cheques payable to Evergreen Internet Services. Postal orders should be crossed for security. Do not send cash Allow up to five working days for Cheques to clear. Payment can also be made by Paypal using our shopping cart.
Privacy
Personal data is held under the terms of the Data Protection Act. We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
Returns
Please contact us before returning any products. If your goods are faulty or incorrect upon receipt you must notify us within 48 hours either by phone or preferably by email. We will refund or replace upon return of these goods. We cannot be held responsible for any item lost or damaged during delivery. We do not operate on a sale or return basis, all sales are final. All goods are covered by the manufactures one year guarantee. The return postage costs will not be met by Evergreen Internet Services. Postage costs will be met by the consumer. Availability
All goods are normally in stock but may be subject to availability, if any goods are out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible giving you a delivery date, if this is not acceptable you may cancel the order with a full refund by cheque.
Cancellation
You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased under the Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel you can email us, or write to us within seven working days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the items and you must not use them. If the item has been used or any seals broken then it will be taken that you have accepted the goods and cannot return them under the Distance Selling Regulations. The return costs for any item being returned is at your expense and you agree to this by placing an order.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are accurate. All descriptions of goods are to assist in making a purchase and we do try to make them as accurate as possible. Evergreen Internet Services will use reasonable practices to verify the accuracy of any information on the site but makes no representation or warranty of any kind express or implied statutory or otherwise regarding the contents or availability of the site or that it is free from errors, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs, accuracy, reliability of the website. Buying Online
Making a
purchase online is very simple and fast. Once you have decided which item you
would like to buy simply click on ‘Add to Basket’ and follow the prompts via our
secure server PayPal, you will be asked for a few details e.g. name, address,
and card number.
We accept most major credit cards. You may also send your credit card
information by phone.

Despatch
We normally expect to process your order within 1 hour and for same day dispatch if orders are before 12:00am.
Delivery
We deliver your order straight away. We will normally send your order to arrive with you in 2-3 working days. We do not accept international orders or orders to Northern Ireland.
Damaged Goods
Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Out of Stock Items
If your item is out of stock, you will be contacted immediately and offered the option to cancel your order or wait for the item to come in.
Additional Charges
The prices you see are the prices you pay, any applicable taxes are already included in the price shown.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the PayPal software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. No information is held on any of our websites.
